The Areas Grey Code of Conduct is intended to keep the members of it’s community safe both physically and legally. Within this page you will find rules that are intended to guide anyone who is affiliated with Areas Grey, including it’s users and contributors.
By using this site you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Additionally, by associating yourself with Areas Grey or it’s members you are a member of Areas Grey’s community. In order to continue being a member of the community and having use of the site you must abide by the rules set within this Code of Conduct as well as the sites Terms and Conditions.

Site Use
Areas Grey is will be a safe place for members of its community. This means that there is a zero tolerance for violence or harassment by any means. Anyone found to be in violation of these rules will be removed from the Areas Grey community.
To maintain a positive and safe community for everyone then everyone who uses Areas Grey and it’s Forum must abide by the Terms and Conditions and the rules set in the Code of Conduct.
Neither intend nor commit any acts of violence or harassment to anyone especially other members of Areas Grey’s community.
Never intentionally or unintentionally steal from or cheat other members of the community.

Legal Obligation
Areas Grey doesn’t condone, promote or partake in any illegal activities which is why it is imperative that you ensure sure you know the laws and rules for your where you plan to carry out treasure hunting activities. If anyone is found to be in breach of this rule then they will have made a physical declaration stating that they are unassociated with or a member of the Areas Grey community in any way as to be a part of the Areas Grey community or associated with Areas Grey you agreed to not commit illegal or illicit acts.
It is essential that all members of Areas Grey abide by the laws applicable to their actions. While Areas Grey and it’s community provides Resources and what general guidance it can to keep its members out of trouble. It is your individual responsibility to keep yourself informed with the latest laws and rules that apply to your activities as well as follow the Code of Conduct herein and the Terms and Conditions.

Treasure Quests
To take part in Treasure Quests you must follow the Code of Conduct as well as the terms set below in order to partake and be eligible to claim right to the treasure if you are to find it. If you are found to have been in violation of any of these rules or terms and conditions of the Treasure Quests you will be forfeiting your prize.

Community Safety
Treasure Hunting can take us to some wonderful but also some wild places where paths might not be well tread or the environment is hazardous which is why it is essential that we apply some basic rules whether they be street smarts, wilderness survival or anything else. While Areas Grey isn’t responsible in anyway for your actions and what risks you may or may not take, these rules are here to keep you safe and as such it is advised you follow them.
Areas Grey’s is a community and it is important we take care of and look out for each other and especially ourselves. As such there are some vital rules to keep in mind when taking part in any treasure hunting activities and Treasure Quests.
Ensure that before you set off out in search of treasure or even in general that you are well equipped physically, mentally and literally. While Areas Grey and it’s community provides Resources and general guidance to inform you of how to be prepared it is your individual responsibility to keep yourself informed and make sure you are physically prepared, mentally capable, and equipped with the right tools to take on the challenges you might face on your journey.
As a member of this community and as someone associated with Areas Grey you agree that the responsibility for your health and wellbeing is yours and yours alone in any activities you partake in whether that is pursuing a Treasure Quest, tracking down treasure leads, or anything else.
